Energetic, passionate, knowledgeable, professional, determined and dependable are adjectives that I think of first when someone ask me about Donald White. With pleasure and confidence I will share with you in this brief letter four very impressive characteristics that I have come to learn and know about Donald and his company Thoughts Developed, LLC.

  1. Integrity – As Program Director of Training and Organizational Development I have consulted with Donald several times on some very sensitive organization and human capital issues. I have never found that Donald or anyone from his staff has ever misrepresented, misled or miss-communicated anything on my behalf or on the behalf of the University of Cincinnati. On the contrary Donald had always been a strong advocate for our organization.
  2. Capability – I met Donald at a forum six years ago sponsored by a National Training Organization. Needless to say I was impressed with his initial introduction and the the services he represented to be able to provide. Eventually after a few meetings, the University of Cincinnati contracted with Donald to provide front line training. As a result of the outstanding work, response and demand for Donald and his staff we contracted with them to design, develop and deliver a 5 month leadership training for a group of directors, managers, and supervisors. The results were improved moral, communication effectiveness, increase retention, increase productivity and management understanding, awareness and capability
  3. Acumen – Donald’s training acumen and platform delivery is outstanding and well received consistently with high marks. I have found that Donald is able to bring to life and connect curriculum content to day to day work activities because of his experiences in management and leadership accomplishments.
  4. Results – A common characteristic of high achievers is to be results driven. Over the past six years working with Donald I have seen him challenge others to exceed the standard expectations, to develop the greatness inside and to complete task timely.
